Core Program Manager Job Contract
This Core Program Manager Job Contract was entered into on [7 Sep 2023] between Sunnahcamp, hereinafter referred to as the "Employer," and Aqsa Akram, hereinafter referred to as the "Employee."
- Position and Responsibilities
1.1 Position: The Employee shall hold the position of Core Program Manager.
1.2 Responsibilities: The Employee's responsibilities shall include, but are not limited to, the following tasks and duties as outlined in the provided task list:
- Ensure Timely Completion of Educational Materials
- Supervise and manage the delivery team, including lesson planners, quiz creators, presentation creators, homework PDF creators, and video creators, to ensure they meet deadlines.
- Active Participation in Lesson Planning Groups
- Actively engage in lesson planning groups and ensure all members complete their tasks punctually.
- Accountability for Task Completion
- Hold delivery team members accountable for any delays in completing their assignments.
- Curriculum Management
- Provide teachers with the next topic they must teach.
- Ensure that documents for all six classes are updated following the curriculum every Tuesday.
- Quiz Preparation and Publication
- Upload quizzes for all six classes by Friday and set them to draft for review.
- Weekly Meeting with Sister Zakia
- Schedule a weekly meeting with Sister Zakia to discuss progress and updates.
- Administrative and Staff Meetings
- Arrange meetings with administrators and staff whenever necessary.
- Insist on a weekly meeting with administrators and staff to maintain alignment and productivity.
- Attendance at Live Sessions
- Attend live sessions on weekends.
- Session Recording Oversight
- Ensure that sessions are recorded once the class starts.
- Breakout Room (BOR) Management
- Create and manage breakout rooms (BOR) as needed.
- Note-Taking during Sessions/Meetings
- Take comprehensive notes during sessions and meetings for reference and documentation.
- Group Teaching in Breakout Rooms
- Conduct teaching sessions for students in breakout rooms (BOR) as required.
- Teaching Duties as Necessary
- Assume teaching responsibilities as needed to support the educational program.
- Follow-Up with Absentees
- Follow up with parents of absent students to ensure they are informed and engaged.
- Recording Management
- Download recordings from the Zoom cloud for archival and future reference.
- Homework Video Posting
- Post homework videos on the website for student access and reference.
- Homework Trackers & PDFs Posting
- Upload homework trackers and PDFs to the website for students' convenience.
- Homework Audio Posting
- Publish homework audio files on the website for students who require auditory resources.
- Presentation Sharing
- Share presentations on the website for students' review and reference.
- Quiz Status Adjustment
- Change the setting of quizzes from "draft" to "published" for accessibility.
- Weekly Homework Publication
- Publish the week's homework in all three groups on Monday.
- Comments on Students' HW
- Provide feedback and comments on students' homework assignments.
- BOR Activities Planning
- Plan activities for breakout rooms (BOR) to enhance student engagement and learning.
- Student Record Keeping
- Maintain records of students, including newcomers' information (names, ages, parents' names, email addresses, postal address, date of joining, pics), and update records for those leaving the program.
- Cancellation Handling and SC Mums Group Inclusion
- Before each campaign, including those in the course group who have cancelled their registration into the SC Mums group.
- Compensation and Benefits
2.1 Salary: The Employee's salary shall be 15000/- PKR once a month. If and when employee works extra hours, will be paid more for that.
- Employment Terms
3.1 Probation Period: The Employee shall undergo a probationary period of 30 days, during which their performance will be evaluated.
3.2 Work Schedule: The standard work schedule for this position is 24 hours a week.
3.3 Location: The primary place of work shall be online, with the possibility of remote work as determined by the Company.
- Termination
4.1 Termination with Cause: The Company reserves the right to terminate this Contract with cause, subject to applicable laws and regulations.
4.2 Termination without Cause: Either party may terminate this Contract without cause upon Two Months, 60 days written notice.
- Confidentiality and Non-Compete
5.1 Confidentiality: The Employee shall maintain the confidentiality of all proprietary and confidential information of the Company.
5.2 Non-Compete: The Employee agrees not to engage in any competitive activities during the term of this Contract and for a period of [Non-Compete Duration] following termination.
- Entire Agreement
This Contract constitutes the entire agreement between the parties and supersedes all prior oral or written agreements, understandings, or representations.
IN WITNESS of which, the parties hereto have executed this Core Program Manager Job Contract as of the Effective Date.
