This Agreement governs your enrollment and your child’s participation in the Sunnahcamp Children's Quran, Seerah, and Character Building Program (the “Program”) offered by Sunnahcamp (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By enrolling your child in the Program and accessing the associated online portal and materials, you (the parent or legal guardian) agree to be bound by this Agreement, our Terms of Service, and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not enroll your child.

1. THE PROGRAM

Purpose and Focus

The Program is designed to educate and inspire children by teaching them about the Quran, the life of Prophet Muhammad (Seerah), and essential character-building concepts—including foundational values and leadership skills.

Duration & Schedule

The Program runs for 12 months, from January 1, 2025, through December 31, 2025 (or as otherwise specified). The Program schedule, including dates for live sessions and special events, will be provided upon enrollment.

Delivery Format

The Program is primarily delivered online through virtual platforms. However, some sessions or special events may be conducted in person.

Program Components

The Program includes, but is not limited to, the following:

• Weekly Interactive Classes – Live or recorded sessions focusing on Quranic studies, Seerah stories, and character building.
• Monthly Family Workshops – Sessions designed to engage families in reinforcing learned values and concepts.
• Pre‑Recorded Educational Modules – Self‑paced lessons and resources available online.
• Digital Resource Library – Access to supplementary materials, readings, and multimedia content.
• Group Discussion Sessions – Opportunities for children to interact, ask questions, and share insights in a moderated environment.
• Special Events & Retreats – Occasional special events, which may be held virtually, in a hybrid format, or in person. Additional permissions or waivers may be required for participation in these events.

On-Site Classes

For any on-site classes, please note that Sunnahcamp does not maintain or provide insurance coverage. By enrolling your child, you, as the parent or legal guardian, acknowledge and agree that you assume all risks associated with on-site participation and that you are solely responsible for ensuring that your child is covered by appropriate insurance.

2. ENROLLMENT AND YOUR PARTICIPATION

• Parental Consent:
  By enrolling your child in the Program, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian and have the authority to enter into this Agreement on your child’s behalf. You consent to your child’s participation in all Program activities.
• Commitment to Learning:
  You acknowledge that enrolling in the Program is a commitment to your child’s education and personal growth. You agree to support your child’s participation, encourage respectful conduct, and ensure adherence to all Program guidelines.
• Code of Conduct:
  To maintain a positive learning environment, the Company reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate your child’s participation without refund if your child:
  - Exhibits disruptive or disrespectful behavior.
  - Fails to follow established Program guidelines.
  - Impairs the ability of instructors or fellow participants to benefit from the Program.

3. CONTENT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

• Program Materials:
  All course materials, including lesson plans, recorded sessions, handouts, and digital resources (collectively, “Program Materials”), are the exclusive property of Sunnahcamp. These materials are provided solely for your child’s personal, educational use. You agree not to reproduce, distribute, or share these materials without the Company’s express written consent.
• User‑Generated Content:
  In the course of the Program, your child may create assignments, artwork, projects, or other work (“Your Content”). By submitting Your Content, you grant Sunnahcamp a non‑exclusive, royalty‑free, irrevocable, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and publicly display such Content for educational, promotional, or marketing purposes. If you do not wish for Your Content to be used in this manner, please notify us in writing prior to submission.

4. PRIVACY AND CONFIDENTIALITY

• Privacy Commitment:
  We value and respect your privacy and the privacy of all Program participants. All personal information and communications will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
• Confidentiality:
  Information shared during Program sessions, including discussions and personal experiences, is considered confidential. You agree not to disclose any such confidential information to third parties without prior written consent from Sunnahcamp.
• Protection of Materials:
  All Program Materials and related content are confidential and proprietary to Sunnahcamp and may not be shared or distributed without our express written permission.

5. FEES, PAYMENT, AND REFUND POLICY

• Program Fees:
  The enrollment fee for the Program is as follows (if applicable, specify currency and amounts):
  - Payment Plan Option: For example, CAD $1,000.00 initial fee plus CAD $500.00 per month for 12 months.
  (Note: Adjust the fee structure as needed.)
• Payment Terms:
  If you select a payment plan, you agree to remit monthly payments via the designated payment method until the total fee is paid in full. The initial fee and the first monthly installment will be processed upon enrollment, with subsequent payments due on the same date each month.
• Refund/Cancellation Policy:
  You have three (3) calendar days from the date of enrollment (i.e., the date you submit your registration) to cancel your enrollment for a full refund. After this three‑day period, all fees paid are non‑refundable.
• Late Payments:
  If a scheduled payment is not received within 14 days of the due date, your child’s access to Program materials may be suspended until your account is current. A late fee may be assessed on overdue amounts at a rate of 10% per annum until payment is received.

6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

• Assumption of Risk:
  Your child’s participation in the Program is at your own risk. As the parent or legal guardian, you acknowledge that Sunnahcamp is not liable for any physical, emotional, or other injuries or damages that may occur during or as a result of your child’s participation.
• Release:
  You hereby release and hold harmless Sunnahcamp, its officers, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, or causes of action arising out of or related to your child’s participation in the Program, including any claims for personal injury, property damage, or other losses.
• Disclaimer:
  The information provided in the Program is intended for educational purposes only. Sunnahcamp does not guarantee any specific outcomes or results from your child’s participation.

7. LICENSE TO USE PROGRAM MATERIALS

• Grant of License:
  Sunnahcamp grants you and your child a non‑exclusive, non‑transferable license to access and use the Program Materials solely for personal, educational purposes during the term of the Program.
• Restrictions:
  You agree not to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of the Program Materials without express written permission from Sunnahcamp.

8. RIGHT TO RECORD, USE, AND REUSE YOUR CHILD’S LIKENESS AND CONTENT

• Recording of Program Sessions:
  You understand that Sunnahcamp may record audio and video of Program sessions in which your child participates. By enrolling your child, you grant Sunnahcamp the irrevocable right to use, reproduce, create derivative works from, distribute, and publicly display these recordings (in whole or in part) for educational, promotional, advertising, and marketing purposes, in any medium now known or hereafter developed.
• Consent for Use of Likeness and Content:
  You further grant Sunnahcamp permission to use your child’s image, voice, likeness, and any User‑Generated Content for the purposes described above. If you do not wish for your child’s likeness or Content to be used in this way, you must notify us in writing prior to enrollment.
• Waiver of Rights:
  You waive any rights to inspect or approve the finished recordings or any materials in which your child’s image or Content appears.

9. TERMINATION

• Termination by Sunnahcamp:
  Sunnahcamp reserves the right to terminate your child’s enrollment and access to the Program without refund if:
  - Required payments are not made on time.
  - In our sole discretion, your child’s behavior is disruptive or detrimental to the Program or other participants.
  - There is any breach of this Agreement, including failure to maintain confidentiality.
• Effect of Termination:
  Upon termination, you and your child will forfeit any access to Program Materials and bonus content.

10. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

• Binding Arbitration:
  Any disputes arising out of or relating to this Agreement or your child’s participation in the Program shall be resolved exclusively by binding arbitration in Toronto, Ontario, in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario. The arbitration will be conducted on an individual basis only; you agree not to participate in any class, consolidated, or representative action.

11. MISCELLANEOUS

• Entire Agreement:
  This Agreement constitutes the entire understanding between you (the parent/guardian) and Sunnahcamp regarding your child’s enrollment in the Program and supersedes all prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
• Amendments and Waivers:
  No modification or amendment of this Agreement shall be effective unless in writing and signed by both parties. A waiver by Sunnahcamp of any breach shall not constitute a waiver of any subsequent breach.
• Severability:
  If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
• Binding Effect:
  This Agreement shall be binding upon you and your heirs, executors, administrators, and legal representatives and shall inure to the benefit of Sunnahcamp and its successors and assigns.
• Notices:
  Any notices required under this Agreement shall be in writing and deemed given upon personal delivery or three (3) days after being sent via certified or registered mail to the address provided at enrollment or to Sunnahcamp’s official address.

BY ENROLLING YOUR CHILD IN THE SUNNAHCAMP CHILDREN'S QURAN, SEERAH & CHARACTER BUILDING PROGRAM, YOU ACKNOWLEDGE THAT YOU HAVE READ, UNDERSTOOD, AND AGREE TO BE BOUND BY THE TERMS OF THIS AGREEMENT.
